The Photography & Cultural Tour in Bangladesh is a fully immersive 7-day storytelling journey designed for photographers and cultural explorers. This tour goes beyond sightseeing, taking you deep into the heart of Bangladesh—from bustling urban streets and raw industrial zones to tranquil rivers, rural villages, and vibrant cultural events. Guided by experienced local photographers, participants explore street life, labor stories, festivals like Bishwa Ijtema and Rakher Upobas, and traditional crafts. Whether you are a professional or an enthusiastic beginner, this tour helps you connect deeply with people and places, sharpen your visual storytelling skills, and build a powerful documentary photography portfolio through authentic, ethical, and meaningful experiences.

Day 1 – Urban Pulse: Karwan Bazar & Train Station

The tour begins in Dhaka with early morning photography at Karwan Bazar, capturing wholesale market life, vendors, fish stalls, and dramatic natural light. In the afternoon, photography continues at Tejgaon/Bimanbandar Train Station, focusing on trains, travelers, laborers, and street life. Evening group photo review session.

Day 2 – Bricks of Time: Brick Kilns Exploration

A full-day documentary session at traditional brick kilns near Dhaka. Photograph smoky landscapes, workers carrying bricks, blazing kiln fires, and powerful light-and-shadow compositions. Evening return to Dhaka with discussion and image review.

Day 3 – Raw Industry: Coal Loading Zone

Explore heavy industrial labor zones around Gabtoli or Narayanganj. Capture coal workers covered in dust, intense physical labor, sparks, and grit-filled environments. Focus on high-contrast storytelling and environmental portraits. Overnight train journey to Bogura.

Day 4 – Adrenaline & Culture: Bogura

Photograph energetic bike and car shows with stunts, motion, and crowd reactions. Later, document the traditional “Game of Death (মৃত্যুকূপ)” motorcycle performance, followed by street documentary photography in Bogura city. Overnight stay.

Day 5 – Nature & Culture: Red Chillies & River Life

Capture vibrant red chilli drying fields in Sariakandi, focusing on patterns and textures. In the afternoon, photograph Jamuna River life—fishermen, buffalo bathing, children at play, and village routines. Evening return to Dhaka.

Day 6 – Nautical Grit: Sadarghat & Shipyards

Document Dhaka’s river life at Sadarghat, photographing ferries, boatmen, and chaotic river activity. Continue to Keraniganj shipyards to capture massive vessels, welding sparks, and industrial labor. Evening final group photo review session.

Day 7 – Colors in Motion: Fabric Drying Fields

The final day focuses on colorful fabric drying fields in Narayanganj or Savar. Photograph patterns, movement, workers handling dyed textiles, and optional drone shots highlighting scale and color. Optional departure or overnight stay.
